These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Professional Garage Door Services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. What We Are

Professional Garage Door Services is a free contractor connection service. When you call, a live operator connects you with a licensed local garage door services contractor. We are not a contractor and we do not perform garage door services work. All contractors in our network are independent licensed professionals who contract with homeowners directly.

2. No Warranty on Contractor Work

We connect homeowners with contractors but do not supervise, control, or warrant the work those contractors perform. You are responsible for:

  • Verifying the contractor’s license and insurance before work begins.
  • Agreeing on price, scope, and terms directly with the contractor.
  • Evaluating the quality of the completed work.
  • Handling any disputes, warranty claims, or complaints with the contractor directly.

3. No Fee to Homeowners

Our connection service is free to homeowners. You pay the contractor directly for any work completed. We may receive referral fees from contractors in our network — this does not affect the price you pay.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose — finding a licensed local contractor for your home. You will not: attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service; submit false information; or use the Service for harassment, unlawful calls, or unsolicited marketing.

5. Intellectual Property

All text, images, and design on this Service are the property of Local Home Services Network or licensed third parties. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any specific contractor will be available, that service response times will be met, or that the content on the Service is free of errors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local Home Services Network and its operators, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any work performed by a contractor in our referral network. Our maximum liability for any direct claim related to the Service is limited to USD $100.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Local Home Services Network from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
